Unknown Steamer Ashore.

Halifax, N.S., Feb. 23.—A steamship, having two masts and one fonnel [sic] is reported ashore on Sable Island. Thus far neither the identity of the vessel nor the fate of her crew has been ascertained. The wrecking steamer Lady Laurier will go to the scene this afternoon or tomorrow.
